Welcome to Hire in Pakistan, a freelancing marketplace designed to connect clients with skilled freelancers. By using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service (TOS).

1. Account Registration & Responsibilities

• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful and up-to-date information during registration.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• One Account Policy: Clients may only maintain one account unless explicitly authorized.

2. Using the Platform

• Project Posting: Clearly define your project requirements, timeline, and budget.
• Communication: Keep all communication within the Hire in Pakistan platform for security and accountability.
• Fair Engagement: Treat freelancers professionally and respectfully.

3. Payments & Transactions

• Secure Payments: All transactions must be completed through Hire in Pakistan’s payment system.
• Advance Payments: Clients may be required to deposit funds in escrow before work begins.
• No External Payments: Payments made outside the platform violate our TOS and void any dispute protections.

4. Project Scope & Changes

• Scope Definition: Ensure that the scope of work is clearly outlined before hiring a freelancer.
• Modifications: Any changes to project requirements should be discussed and mutually agreed upon, including adjustments to fees or deadlines.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

• Ownership: Upon full payment, you gain rights to the delivered work unless otherwise specified.
• Freelancer Rights: Freelancers retain ownership of any proprietary tools or technology used in the project.

6. Dispute Resolution

• Direct Resolution: Clients should first attempt to resolve disputes with freelancers through mutual discussion.
• Platform Mediation: If no agreement is reached, Hire in Pakistan offers a dispute resolution process.

7. Confidentiality & Data Protection

• Non-Disclosure: Any sensitive business information shared must be kept confidential.
• GDPR & Privacy Compliance: Hire in Pakistan follows strict data protection policies.

8. Prohibited Activities

Clients are prohibited from:

• Requesting services that involve illegal, unethical, or prohibited activities.
• Engaging in fraudulent transactions or misrepresenting project needs.
• Coercing freelancers through threats or unjustified negative reviews.

9. Reviews & Feedback

• Honest Feedback: Reviews should reflect real experiences and cannot be manipulated.
• No Retaliation: Clients cannot threaten freelancers with negative reviews to demand revisions.

10. Platform Compliance & Termination

• Policy Violations: Breaching these TOS may result in account suspension or termination.
• Right to Refuse Service: Hire in Pakistan reserves the right to deny services to users engaging in misconduct.
