If you are not satisfied with the progress or completion of a Gig, Task, or Project, you can report an issue.

Go to the specific job or project page.

Dispute Resolution Process

Ticket Creation: Once an issue is reported, a ticket is automatically generated and logged in the Support Tickets section of your account.

You can track the status of your issue ticket in the Support Tickets section.

Updates from the Hire in Pakistan dispute resolution team will be reflected in real-time.

Investigation: Our team will review the provided details, evidence, and communication between you and the freelancer.

A resolution will be proposed based on the platform’s policies and the findings of the investigation.

Both parties will be notified of the outcome via the Support Tickets section and email.

Best Practices for Reporting an Issue

Ensure you have communicated clearly with the freelancer before reporting an issue.

Make sure to conduct all communication with the freelancer on the Hire in Pakistan platform so we can track the communication easily.

Provide as much evidence as possible to support your claim.

Be patient as the investigation process may take some time to ensure fairness.
